General description Fill and Fix Expanding Foam is a quick-setting, one-part polyurethane foam in aerosol form designed for filling, fixing, and insulating applications. It expands on application to up to 50 times its original volume and by 150%, providing effective gap filling and insulation. Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn, or plastered over after approximately one hour, provided the working temperature is between +5°C and +25°C, ideally around 20°C.
