Browser cashback extensions stack with most discount codes. Set up notifications for price drops on items you're watching rather than buying immediately - saved considerably this way on several purchases over the past few months. 😊

Absolutely this! 🙌 I've got about five different cashback extensions running and they definately stack beautifully with most codes - feels like getting paid to shop! The price drop alerts are brilliant too, especially for Christmas shopping when you can afford to wait a bit!
Completely agree with both of you! I've been doing the price tracking thing for ages and it's honestly brilliant - especially for bigger purchases where you're not in a rush. The amount of times I've seen something I wanted drop by a decent chunk just a few weeks later is mad. What I've found really helpful is setting up alerts on multiple sites for the same item because sometimes one retailer will drop their price while others stay the same 😊
Price tracking saved me a fortune on my laptop last year - watched it for about 6 weeks and caught it when it dropped by a decent chunk. Works even better if you combine it with click & collect to avoid delivery fees, especially on the bigger ticket items.
You've all convinced me to actually try this price tracking thing instead of just panic-buying whenever I see "SALE" in big red letters 😅 My basket addiction is getting expensive and I keep telling myself I'll be more sensible but then I see something marked down and all logic goes out the window.
Those browser extensions are decent enough but half the time I forget I've even got them running. Only realise when I get the random email saying I've earned 50p cashback from something I bought weeks ago.
Oh Lise, I'm so jealous that you've got multiple cashback extensions working together! I've been a bit hopeless with that side of things - I've got one installed but keep meaning to look into the others. The price tracking has been my main thing but you're right, combining it with cashback would be even better. Might finally get round to sorting that out properly 😊
Five extensions sounds excessive to me - I usually run two max because they can conflict with each other and slow down checkout. Worth checking they're not actually cancelling each other out on certain sites.
Totally agree with you on this one. I stick to Honey and one cashback extension - any more than that and you're asking for trouble at checkout. Had three running once and they kept overriding each other, ended up missing out on cashback entirely.
Two extensions max, definitely.
I'm with the two extension camp - learned this the hard way when I had four running and they kept cancelling each other out. Now I just use Honey plus Capital One Shopping and actually get the cashback rather than watching them fight over who gets to apply first. Much less hassle and my browser doesn't crawl to a halt on checkout pages.
Three extensions here, never clash.
Totally agree with everyone saying two max! I learned this lesson when I got greedy and installed loads because I didn't want to miss ANY deals - ended up with none of them working properly and missing out on cashback completely! Now I stick to Honey plus one cashback one and it's so much better 😊
I'm definitely in the two extension camp as well! Made the mistake of having Honey, TopCashback, and two others all running at once and it was an absolute nightmare - they kept overriding each other and I'm pretty sure I missed out on cashback because of it. Now I just stick with Honey for codes and one cashback extension, much simpler that way 😊
Yep, learned this when my 8-year-old caught me with five different cashback extensions running and asked why daddy's computer was "having a fight with itself" 😅 Kids are too smart these days!
Haha your 8-year-old has it spot on! I keep a spreadsheet tracking which extensions work best with which retailers - found that TopCashback and Airtime Rewards play nicely together, but anything more than two and you're asking for trouble.
Two extensions is definitely the sweet spot - I've got TopCashback and one other running and they play nicely together. Found out the hard way that having too many actually costs you money when they start blocking each other's tracking!
Learned this the hard way when I was trying to get cashback on some Zara boots last month - had three extensions running and none of them tracked properly! Definitely sticking to just TopCashback now, can't be bothered with the hassle.
Completely agree with the two extension rule! I had a nightmare situation with my COS order where nothing tracked properly because I had too many running at once. Now I just stick with TopCashback and one backup - works so much better and actually get the cashback I'm expecting.
Spreadsheet genius! Two extensions max though.
